Shipping policy
At Ham Radio DX, we aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that I run this store alongside a full-time job, so while I work hard to ship promptly, there may be small delays. I try to get to the Post Office Mondays & Fridays.
Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend (Australian time) will typically be shipped the following week.
Custom items such as merch (shirts, hoodies, stickers) may take a bit longer due to fulfillment times - allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Processing Time
All orders are processed as soon as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation before dispatch. Production time (for items made-to-order or supplied internationally) may vary, and is separate from shipping times.
Shipping Delivery Estimates
Shipping times depend on the method chosen at checkout and your delivery location. Please note: processing/production time is not included in these estimates.

Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days (typically 5–7 business days within Australia).

Express Shipping (AU only): 1–3 business days.

International Shipping: Up to 21 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer (occasionally a month or more) due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.
Some products are shipped directly from international suppliers—please check product descriptions for expected timeframes.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
P.O. Boxes
Some items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please review product descriptions or contact us if you’re unsure.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ham Radio DX is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, VAT, import taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Notes
International orders may experience longer transit times due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
