At Ham Radio DX, we want you to enjoy your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work to make it right.
Returns

If there is a fault with an item, please Contact Us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging where applicable.

Returns will only be accepted for physical products that arrive defective on arrival (DOA).

Clothing, merchandise, and custom items cannot be returned due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference—please check size charts and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or replacement.

Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive your item for the return to be processed.

Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
